Certified Destruction
The destruction process itself takes place in a high security environment, continuously protected by closed circuit video surveillance and access control systems. Under close supervision all security waste is fed directly into powerful industrial fix-cut shredders with efficiency and thoroughness. Our procedures ensure that within a few hours of collection your confidential waste will be processed into unrecognisable and unrecoverable fragments.
Immediately after destruction, an audited and detailed Certificate of Destruction is issued to you for your records. This is your guarantee that each consignment has been safely and securely destroyed.
Access to our facility is strictly limited to authorised personnel. We do, however, welcome company representatives to inspect the security of our premises and view the destruction of their company's confidential waste.
Our service has been specifically developed to destroy any information medium, including files, documents, printouts, microfiche, tapes, diskettes, CDs and videos. The destruction of counterfeit goods, redundant stock, branded items and textiles can also be undertaken.
We do not sub-contract any part of the process. All shredded paper is recycled. Other shredded material is recycled where possible.
